Assistant Manager – Leicester
Our Assistant Manager plays a key role in the smooth running of our busy, fast-paced coffee shops. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team performance. The role also involves creating team rotas, assisting with stock ordering and stock control, monitoring costs, and contributing to the financial management of the business, including cash handling and daily reports. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and experienced in hospitality management, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Head Baker – Loughborough & Leicester
We’re looking for a passionate Head Baker to lead a small team in our open bakery, creating all of our breads and tray bakes from scratch. Our specialty is sourdough, and you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily production, managing stock and ordering, and ensuring consistent quality across all baked goods. You’ll also have the creative opportunity to help shape our menu with fresh, seasonal items while inspiring and supporting your team to deliver the best for our customers.
